Shipping and Delivery

Update 1: USA – changes in import duties mean that all goods sent to customers in the USA are liable for Import Duty and handling fees. Our shipping costs will include these fees.

Update 2: MastaPlasta does not pay Import Duty and handling fees for orders sent to the EU. Please may we direct all our EU customers to our MastaPlasta listings in Amazon marketplaces across Europe – links can be found on the bottom of this page. Our items for sale on Amazon are held in local warehouses and there are no surprises when it comes to shipping costs.

For shipping destinations outside of the UK, the 20% UK VAT will be discounted from the price of your goods once you have entered the destination in the shopping cart. However, please remember other countries of destination may also impose customs duties and import taxes and these will be payable by you. This is out of MastaPlasta’s control. We will strive to ensure our overseas shipments contain the correct customs information to enable a smooth delivery regardless of your destination.

We aim to dispatch your goods on the same day provided the order was placed before 11:00 (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. Orders received after 11:00 will be sent the next working day.

Sometimes issues arise with deliveries that our out of our control but we will endeavour to do our best to help customers when any such problems arise.
